“My Library Corner” Minigame

1. Purpose

• Encourage students to creatively redesign study spaces in the Library
• Promote the image of a modern, inspiring Library
• Offer a light-hearted, fun activity during exam season

2. Who can take part

• HUFLIT students
• Participation: individual

3. Contest content
Participants follow these steps:
📸 Take a photo of any study corner in the Library

🎨 Redesign that study corner to your own taste, using one of the following:

Editing with software (Canva, Photoshop, …), or hand drawing / creative illustration
4. How to submit
Fill in the form and submit your “redesigned study corner image” via the submission link, together with a short message (no more than 200 words) describing your design idea / the message you want to convey

5. Timeline
Submissions: from 14/04/2026 to 23:59 on 17/04/2026
Posting period: from 10:00 on 18/04/2026 to 14:00 on 20/04/2026
6. How to participate
Submit your entry following the Organizing Committee's instructions
Valid entries will be posted on the Library fanpage for voting
7. Voting
Entries are voted on publicly on the fanpage
Interactions count as follows:
👍 Like/Reaction + 1 point
🔄 Share + 3 points (public mode)
8. Scoring
The Organizing Committee closes the interaction count after the specified time
The 03 entries with the highest total interactions win prizes
9. Interaction rules
Cheating is strictly prohibited, including:
Using software to boost interactions
Creating fake accounts
Spamming comments or exchanging interactions
❌ Entries that violate these rules will be disqualified
10. General rules
Entries must be the participant's own work
Content must not infringe copyright or offend good customs
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to:
Use entries for communication purposes
Adjust the rules when necessary
